Kitchen Tip Tuesday

Super Easy Lowfat Banana Chocolate Muffins

1 white cake mix
3 small/med bananas
3 egg whites
1 1/3 cup of water
3/4 cups chocolate pieces or chips
(I used chopped dark Hershey kisses because I got them for close to free after Valentines day at Walgreens with a coupon)

Follow cake mix directions (but no oil, instead add the bananas before beating!)- fold in chocolate, bake according to cake directions- pull out 2 minutes early. 24 servings - Around 125 calories per muffin and 2 grams of fat
